Scales - twice through 4 positions, 20 seconds each position

L-sit - 4 x 10 second hold in tuck position

Inversions - 15 second hold, 2 reps to 2 abmats, 1 rep to 2 abmats, 5 second hold plus negative

Plank hold - 1 minute on elbows plus 20 seconds on each side
