After some initial success last summer, my weight has been on a steady upward trend again through the winter and the last several weeks have felt like a roller coaster getting complacent and drifting above 190# and then getting "serious" for a few days and dipping back below 190#
The real frustration is that I know that I can eat healthy.  I know that my body responds positively to a healthy diet.
I would like to blame my activity level and general mood in the winter.  However, that challenge is likely to be present and have a greater impact on my health & fitness as I age.  My activity level will go down.
