L-sit - Knees tucked max effort, 12, 7, 9, 9 seconds

Inversions - Hold 17 seconds, failed kick up, 2 reps 2 abmats, 2 reps 2 abmats

Plank - 1 min prone on elbows, 20 seconds each side
