Spent about an hour on this and felt really good about the efforts.  

Axle Press Medley is 75, 95, 115# and well within my range.

Farmer's Carry was rough.  Weight is 110 per hand.  I mistakenly trained lighter.

Deadlift target height is 18 inches (silver dollar deadlift), but I was comfortable at 17 inches.  I was surprised by grip challenge and endurance.  60 seconds is a long time.  Checking the rules, it appears we are allowed to use straps, so this might be substantially easier.  I might order Cerberus Figure 8 Straps ($35.99)
