Strict Press

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes

3 reps at 80% (95#)
2 reps at 85% (100#)
1 rep at 87-90% (105#)

loads were based on estimated 120# 1RM.  This was a tough strength session.

This was a reasonable effort.  The Vintage CrossFit workout I was modeling called for Hang Power Cleans, Thrusters and Shoulder to Overhead.  I need to work on thrusters, but was not feeling it.
