60 Sandbag Burpee Deadlift
50 Sandbag Leg Raises
40 Sandbag Thrusters
30 Sandbag Cleans
20 Push-Ups w/ Plank & Pull Through
This workout was from GoRuck and I scaled it with the original intention of doing a 12 minute AMRAP with 18/15/12/9/6 reps, but ended up settling for 1 round, finishing in 7:39.
18 burpee in 3:14
15 leg raises were quick (2 sets)
12 thrusters (fast, but exhausting, finished around 5 min)
9 cleans (never caught my breath from the thrusters)
6 push-ups were not bad
This is a great series that I would like to perform more often
