Stretch - Hip Hammy, Wrist Mobility

Scales - 4 x 30 seconds each position

L-sit - EMOM 4 max effort - 5-10 seconds

Inversion - hold, HSPU to 2 abmat (2, 2, 1)

Plank - 2 minute hold on elbows

Bodyweight Calisthenics

EMOM 10

station 1 pull-up - 4, 3, 3, 3, 2
station 2 ring dips - 3, 2, 2, 2, 2

EMOM 10

station 1 push-ups - 10 reps
station 2 abmat sit-ups - 10 reps

This was a nice little get moving workout.
