Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds:
8 air squat
6 push-up
1 pull-up
This was good volume that I was finishing in about 40 seconds and had a 50 second break each round. Next time add some reps and go every 75 seconds.

Really need a judge to make sure arms are straight and bar does not go in front of head.
This takes me to 118 of 192 lifts attempted.*
I did Weaver Stick 2 lb and Weaver Stick facing backwards 1.5 lb.
