It was overcast, but a pleasant 59 degrees so I decided to go through with my swim. The water was chilly, but warmer than a couple of weeks ago and I had my old Zoggs, latex swim cap and vivid sleeveless.
First length, less than 5 second pause
Second length, 1 minute rest
Third length, 30 second rest
Fourth length, 1 min rest
Then sighted on buoys out to 100 yards and back
Good swim but a little anxious. The overcast conditions and my shaded goggles made for rough sighting. Also breathing a little heavier than usual.
