This was a tough little mover loosely adapted from Vintage CrossFit "Midline Blitz" which called for ski erg, abmat sit-up, echo bike, single kb front rack tall kneeling to standing,and hollow hold along with rest intervals.
Ski Erg, sit-ups and bike took about 50 seconds, lunges took about 30 seconds and push-ups took 10 seconds allowing for a little rest before starting the next round. Originally programmed as 4 rounds, but added a 5th round mid workout
