I listed it for $50 and had a buyer who asked me if I would hold it for him and if so he would pay me $60. I thought he was being silly, but I agreed.
Between noon and him coming by to pick it up, I had two other people interested. After selling it and before delisting it, I had two other people inquire. In retrospect, I should have listed it for $75 or $100, but considering I only paid $40 for it and was pissed that I bought it from a flipper, I could not justify that kind of up charge.
It does free up some room and I am very happy with the new piece.
