I am guessing this is a standard 2 car garage 20 feet deep and 20 feet wide. The 400 square feet appears to be a mix of flooring.
Basics - Got the flooring, rack (fold away), bench, 2 barbells, bumper plates and dumbbells. I do not see the change plates, but they are probably around.
Cardio - Concept Ski Erg, TrueForm Runner, Echo Bike, Concept 2 Rower
Crossfit - Sandbag, battle rope, Prosource abmat, Rogue GHD, Pithage 15# med ball, Torque Fitness Tank M1, soft plyometric box
Functional Trainer by Inspire. It appears to be the FTX (retail $2299).
Everlast speed bag
Individual sauna
Shiplap walls, dart board, cool flags
Everything is stored on the walls or the dumbbell rack, leaving a huge space to actually train in.
This Alfonso Paniagua even kept room for a toolbox and ladder. I am beyond impressed by the thoughtfulness of the equipment and the layout of the space. It rivals professional training facilities.
Granted it is pushing a $10K+ and no parking in the garage, but it is still a win.
If I start training at home again, I will definitely invest in walls and prefer the shiplap look.
Alfonso used MDF sheets from Home Depot. They are $30 each. I will have to measure out to see what I would need.
