Every two minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):
Int-1: Muscle-ups (3-8 reps)
(or Strict Pullups x 6-8 reps @ 2111)
Int-2: Arch to Hollow Rolls (20 reps)
Int-3: Handstand Walk (45 seconds)
I did pull-ups at good tempo 6-6-5 on the 3 rounds respectively
I did 10-12 rolls per round
HS Hold - 30 seconds facing away; 30 seconds facing wall, 20 seconds facing away
Metcon
Against a 2-minute running clock, complete a total of four sets of the following:
Row 300/250 Meters
Hand Release Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets.
I scaled to 250 meter rows and managed 18+15+14+15 = 62 reps
