Oracle Gym (11:40 AM)

Warm Up 

Treadmill 1% incline, 10 min at 5.2 mph, 10 min at 5.4 mph, 5 min at 5.6 mph.  Then stretched in a deep squat and did some good mornings unloaded.

Back Squat

2x145#

Finish with CrossFit Sit-ups 20-15-10-5
