Scales - both legs front and back scale 30 seconds

L-sit - 4x straight leg max effort (5-7 seconds)

Inversions - HS Hold (10 seconds) HSPU to 2 abmats 3 x 2 reps

Plank - 2 minute hold (felt really easy)
