*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%
*Set 6 – 3 reps @ 90%
I set my percentages off of a 200# front squat as it has been a while since I have tried to go heavy. I made all of my lifts and even 190# did not feel too bad.

This was a grind, but a good exercise in mental toughness. It is kind of a pain to set up BBJO, Rower and Rack in my single car garage gym space.
