Scales - left leg, right leg, 30 seconds front transitioning to back for 30 seconds
L-sit - 4 times max effort (7-10 seconds)
Inversions - hs hold, hspu to 2 abmats - 2-2-1 reps
Plank - right side plank 30 seconds, left side plank 30 seconds; prone plank on extended arms and one leg raised for 1 minute
