EMOM 30

(5 rounds of the following)
station 1:  3 pull-ups
station 2:  10 push-ups
station 3:  15 air squats
station 4:  10 abmat sit-ups
station 5:  15 kbs
station 6:  10 wall ball shots (14# to 10')

The pull-ups and push-ups were quick (10-15 seconds)
The air squats and sit-ups were slower
The kbs and wbs took the longest (30-35 seconds)

I had sufficient rest to work on good mechanics without the limiter of stressing metabolic conditioning.
