While visiting my folks, I took in a couple of nice runs. I always enjoy running at sea level and this was no exception.
Sunday - 3 loops around the subdivision - 3.74 miles, 10:34 pace, 39:37 moving time
Monday - 2 loops around the subdivision - 2.52 miles, 10:56 pace, 27:35 moving time
Back in Arvada on the Croke Canal Loop
Tuesday - 2 loops - 2.91 miles, 10:40 pace, 31:03 moving time
