30 minute run on treadmill, 1.0% incline, 5.4 mph

Micro Murph

2 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 air squats

Jump Rope

15 minutes of jump rope, double under work, 8 reps for a new PR!  Slowly working towards the 100/100 club.
