24 Hour Fitness

Warm Up
4 laps around track, Tacke shoulder sequence, arm routine.
Bench Press
12@95#

10@135#
MetCon
10 rounds of 10 Push-ups and 1 lap around track.
We finished in around 15 minutes. I did not keep a clock. Even with the lap break, the push ups were brutal.
Finished with foam roller.
