Warm Up
4 laps around track, 1 lap dynamic warm up, pass throughs, Tacke shoulder sequence
Overhead Squat: 3x5@45#
Front Squat: 3x5@95#, 105#, 115#
Back Squat: 3x5@135#
then
Walking Lunges around track holding 20# dumbbells. I got a little more than halfway around before calling it quits (~100m)
