This was an OK lift for me. I was feeling a little gassed and did not want to push for 155 lbs.
Static and Hang Snatch

This was a surprisingly tricky lift. Not moving the feet essentially turned this into a muscle snatch at 85 lbs. The hang snatch was not much easier.
Supine Reverse Press
I did not attempt the 4x or the Rampage on this lift.
