I finished the first round in 13:32, rest 3 minutes to 16:32, second round in 7:30 (24:02 Total).
Programming was a real mixed bag as I did not know how much time I would have to train.
Started with Tank & WBS and was planning 20 minute EMOM. It started raining so I opted to put the Tank away and switch to double unders. Sit-ups were just kind of thrown in to break up the double unders. Kind of a fun little workout to develop skills and get the heart rate going.
