I scaled/modified this to 12 cal on Assault Bike with Max Air Squats in the remaining time and rested 2 minutes between rounds. I completed 12+15+15+17+20 = 79 Air Squats and felt really good about the effort.
Programming was from CrossFit main site.
Finished with neutral grip pull-ups 5x1 rep (EMOM)
30 minutes total workout
