Yoga in the Park

I was invited to Yoga in the park and had a really nice time. We started out with some breathing and hip rotations, followed by down dogs and up dogs, and then into sun salutation flows. There was some Tai Chi (don't spill the tea) mixed in along with some core movements. Finishing with laying down for 5 minutes.
Lucas was a great instructor and the group was really fun to hang out with. There were (8) of us, (5) guys and (3) girls and the instructor was mindful of the time to get us finished by 8:50 even though we started a little late.
I had dabbled in yoga a bit when I was training at MBS CrossFit in 2015 and had a legitimate practice going for most of 2016 (2-3 times per week for 40 weeks). Since then, I have joined a class here and there when was was available or convenient, but have not sought out yoga. I think I would really benefit by getting involved again.
