*If you were able to perform all sets and percentages (65-70%) last week then increase by 2-3%
Last week, I did 8x120# and was successful on all sets. I bumped up to 125# and completed 5 sets at 7 reps.
Metcon
Five rounds for time of:
40 Double-Unders
10 Push Presses (135/95 lbs)
10 Toes to Bar
I scaled to 60 SU with beaded rope, 75# push press and 12 abmat sit-ups per round. I moved well with everything unbroken and decent transitions. I finished in 10:20.
I am still loving the split gym. It still feels a little cramped with the extra plyo boxes and I need to stash those somewhere.
