********************************************
I have been performing strength and conditioning workouts for the past 35 years.  During that time, I have always owned a bicycle and a pair of running shoes.  For the vast majority of that time, I have always had access to a commercial gym.

I started my home gym journey with a Cybex flat bench I purchased at a yard sale in 2010.  In 2015, I added a barbell and gymnastics mat to work on technique and tumbling.  In 2016, I set out to create a home gym buying bumper plates, functional fitness equipment and even a GHD.  In 2019, I grabbed a warehouse sale folding rack from Rep Fitness and I felt like my gym was complete.  It was always meant to be a supplement to a commercial facility.  Total Spend was $1,913.

In 2020, COVID-19 restrictions dictated that my home gym was now my primary training facility.  This led me to purchasing a timer, more weight, dumbbells I can drop and finally the piece de resistance, a Concept2 rower.  I sold some standard weight, but still ended up spending a net $3,053 between March 17 and December 31.

So far in 2021, I have just grabbed a 15kg barbell, a set of change plates, odds and ends which add up to $715 through March 16

I still have a short wish list of items I would like to pick up, but nothing is standing in the way of my training.

(1) Rep Fitness Modular Storage System, $350 or Rogue Fitness Mass Storage System, $750.
(2) Crossover Symmetry, $195
(3) Westside Scout Hyper, $350
