This was brutal, I really did not like the dumbbell digging into my forearm

10 step back lunges (44 lb ram)
8 med ball sit-ups (20 lb to 4.5 feet)
25 rope skips (beaded rope)
This was equally brutal and now I am starting to blame the heat
