500 meter runs followed by
  1. RAM alt rev lunge 30 reps 55 lb
  2. Rower 500 meters
  3. Box 20 reps to 24 inches
  4. Med Ball 25 reps with 20 pound ball
  5. Ski Erg 500 meters
  6. Farmers Carry 100 meters with 60 lb per hand
  7. Air Bike 25 calories
  8. Deadball 20 reps with 60 pounds
  9. Torque Push/Pull 100 meters Resistance 3
  10. RAM Burpee 20 reps 44 pounds
I could train reverse lunges, row, med ball sit-up, farmers carry and air bike at the CDOT Fitness Center.
