30 Alt Rev Lunge (35 pound)
400 meter run
500 meter row
400 meter run
20 Box Step Up (24 inch)
400 meter run
25 Med Ball Sit-Up (20 pound)

Finished in 23:11 and moved well.  This was a good test piece.  As usual the lunges lit me up.  Med Ball sit-ups were not great either.
