Cap: 25:00 (this allows for around 1:30 per round or slightly more)
Intermediate:
16 rounds for time.
24 Double Under (24 single unders)
8 Deadlift (135/95lb.)
2 Wall Walk
I scaled to single unders, 95 pound barbell and 1 wall walk per round. I thought I paced well, but in actuality came out hot finishing the early rounds in about 1 minute and the later rounds close to 2 minutes. Overall my time was 24:20 which I was quite pleased with.
