20 RAM Burpees (44 lbs)

20 RAM Reverse Lunges (55 lbs)
400 meter run
500 meter row
Finished in 34:40 and really felt like crap. I jogged the first two 400's in 3 minutes and walked the last two 400's. Sled was brutal. Burpees were slow and also included breaks. The reverse lunges felt good by comparison. Row was smooth.
