Warm Up - Treadmill, 5 min, 2.5 mph, 8% incline
EMOM 20
8 Step back lunges with 2x20 pound dumbbells
3 Devils Press
This was a pretty good way to get in some volume. Lunges took around 25 seconds, devil's presses took about 20 seconds. It was a generous work to rest ratio, but not enough to be fully recovered.
DB Biceps Curl
Tested 12 rep sets with 20 and 25 pounds. This should be fine.
