R4 - 3 + 24 (15) - finished remaining 11 burpees and did 24 rope skips
R5 - 3 + 54 (20) - finished rope skips, 20 wall ball shots and 4 burpees
R6 - 3 + 65 (20) - 11 more burpees
R7 - 4 + 54 (20) - finished last 5 burpees, rope skips and 14 wall ball shots
