Four rounds for time of:
50 Double-Unders
25 Push-Ups
25 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)

I scaled this to 20 push-ups per round and 20 kbs (16kg).  I finished in 17:48 and was quite pleased with the effort.  My double unders were all over the place taking between 2:00 and 3:30 per round.  Push-ups were quick at 6-6-4-4 and KBS were unbroken.

Round 1 - 3:30
Round 2 - 4:30 (8:00)
Round 3 - 5:00 (13:00)
Round 4 - 4:48 (17:48)
