I happened to be one of the four random prize winners in the Winter Garage Gym Competition #25miniggc.

I then started the search of vendors to select a prize from. I did not need any big ticket items.  There were some cool custom items like Darko Rack Badges, Plate Snacks Stickers and 922 Designs rack badges and gym bench head cover.  I could have also used Wall Control hooks but that is not fun.

Come to find out that WeightItOut has begun offering a lot of products on its store front including implements from Grenade Grips.  These were fun items that could be had for around $50 and fit the bill perfectly.

They arrived and I had fun testing them.

They are not traditional grip tools which are nearly always steel, except for BSS which is aluminum.  One appears to be molded and the other 3D printed.  The shape of the Little Boy ($45) makes it very easy to grip.  The grenade ($10) is harder.  I was concerned about what a miss would feel like on either tool.  I will likely hold on to them or maybe offer them as prizes in the future.

Grenade Grips sells a host of the molded grip tools, grippers and some odds and ends.  None of there designs will ever be iconic, but they seem durable enough.  The grenade is bit of a pain and you have to get a small carabiner to work with it.
