Conditioning

Treadmill - 2.8 mph, 5% incline

30 minutes with 4 push-ups every minute - 120 total push-ups

Great little moderate intensity conditioning workout.  Transitions plus push-ups were about 20 seconds and 40 seconds was on the treadmille.
