I worked up from 135-135-140-140-140

Conditioning - Part 2

Every 2:00 execute 1 set of: 
Deadlift

275-275-275-275-275

I felt pretty good on the power cleans, but wanted to be conservative on the deadlifts.  I may have been able to go to 295, but the training stimulus would not have improved much.
