1.90 mile run on the S Platte Trail (12:34 pace; 23:57 moving time)

Walking Lunges

40 unweighted lunges in 3 minutes until my hamstrings started to tighten up.  It is a good thing I have 5 months to prepare for Hyrox.

Calf Extensions

3x20 reps

40 minutes total workout
