This turned out to be much worse than I expected. I finished in 28:31 and nearly skipped the 4th round. This was my first time with sled pulls and it certainly taxes the grip and posterior chain. The runs were slow and I split the wall balls into sets of 10/5. Overall it was a very good mover for me.
