I scaled this to 55# hang squat snatch and 27.5 lb dual db box step overs. I moved well, but it was exhausting. 2 rounds + 8 cals. I did 4 sets on the snatches and 2 sets on the step overs.
Round 1 - 7:12
Round 2 - 15ish
Round 3 - 8 calories at 16 min
