Stretch - Hip Hammy, Wrist Mobility

Scales - Front / Back both legs

L-sit - (4) max efforts

Inversions - 3 sets of 2 reps to 2 abmats

Plank - 2 minute hold

I was interrupted and taking calls during this workout.  I wanted to deadlift, but did not make time.
