I was scaling to target a 30 minute workout and this fit the bill perfectly. The first run took me 5 minutes and I started Cindy a little hot with a 1:40 round. This slowed considerably as the pull-ups became singles and the push-ups became 3 sets instead of unbroken. I finished the 8 rounds in 20 minutes averaging 2:30 per round. The second run took me 6 minutes and I finished in 31:05.
