Hand & Thigh Lift - 390, 443, 483 pounds - pulled 594 and can probably get it in the future
Hip Lift - 573, 623 pounds
Carter Lift - 390 + 45 pounds - Fail; 300 + 45 pounds = 345 - Good Lift
Phumchaona Lift - 300 + 2x20 = 340 pounds - Good Lift

- Pullover & Press - With Wrestler's Bridge - maybe could work on this

- Squat - One Leg
- Curl, Wrist
- Mansfield Lift
- Van Dam Lift
- Back Lift - Try at Dino or Clark's
- Chin Up
- Foot Press - Try at Dino or Clark's
