Every 30 seconds for 10 minutes - 1 burpee
This was OK. I jumped to 2 burpees every 30 seconds for rounds 6-10. If I repeat, I want to go for 1 burpee every 20 seconds with the intent of working towards every 10 seconds.
50 minutes total workout.
Also organized basement gym with grip stuff by manufacturer/misc and setting up grip implements for upcoming competitions.
