I was working down and up a pyramid on a rough EMOM.
Home gym space is working well. I grabbed some standard plates to use to keep my deadlift bar from moving around. I also realized that my yoke location does not allow me to press overhead from the yoke. This is not a hug concern as my overhead movements are not difficult to take from the floor.
