L-sit between 2 plyo boxes - 4 x 10 seconds
Inversions - hold and hand stand push-up singles to 2 abmat
Plank - hold on elbows for 30 seconds
T Bar Row
50 minutes total workout.
Felt good to play with some new stuff. Next open gym, I will use the elephant bar.
