I worked up from 65-75-85-95-95 pounds.

 Strategy: small sets early or steady singles—test both mental and physical capacity.
Intermediate: 115/75 or 95/65
Baseline: 65/45, 40 reps

I scaled this to 65 pounds and was moving well finishing in 10:53.
