F: 20-lb. dumbbell / 20-in. box (step-ups permitted)

When I did this for the open using a 50# DB, I managed 117 reps. With the lighter dumbbell, I only managed 115 reps which was certainly disappointing, but I really gave it an honest effort.
I still think this is a great workout.
